The End of dirtgirlworld is an LLB written by u/ShittyJeansArse, with editing done between him and his usual collaborator, Robowil. It is the fifth main entry in the Carltonverse series of LLBs. While it was produced after Carlton Origins, it takes place after Temu Troubles.
Synopsis[]
August[]
The LLB begins with Greg getting a call from Rowley, who had been tied to a chair by his mom and forced to watch dirtgirlworld 24/7. Greg decides to go to where dirtworld is and nuke it. He'd be the only guy who does this, as Rodrick and Manny have to oversee the resort, and how Susan and Frank had gotten back from a business trip. After seeing no documentation on the place, he goes to Alex Aruda's Laboratory.
Alex Aruda successfully doxxes the dirtgirlworld characters without needing a computer at all, and also gives Greg a shrink ray. Greg then goes on a flight to London, but unfortunately, Dan Schneider was sitting right behind him. Arriving at the BBC headquarters, he declares that this will be easy as they're essentially a skeleton crew by this point. But also realizes that the place is a massive dump, smelling like three-day old moldy diarrhea, lots of vandalism, and how its infested with maggots. He also plans to delete/junk/wipe every single production the BBC ever made. He gets inside, only to stumble upon a massive army of maggots. Greg reveals that he was scared of maggots because of a certain video Rodrick showed him...
Rodrick's Flashback Time![]
About a week or so prior to the start of the LLB, Rodrick stumbles upon a video of a guy pouring a container of maggots into his pants, and decides to prank Greg into watching it, by labelling it as an unused Carlton bumper. His reasoning is how he values shock humor over all other humor forms. Greg watches the video, bursts into tears, and tattles on Rodrick. As such, Susan grounds him for triple tranquility maternities, and is banned from basically everything. He also had to wear diapers for the rest of his life and was also forced to watch dirtgirlworld as well.
In his room, he had to watch dirtgirlworld and mentions that it's satanic, and how not even God could save him from it. He nearly dies, but then Frank comes in and ungrounds Rodrick, therefore saving the day. Frank then says that Susan is an "abusive fuckbitch", and that since he's a male, he has more power than Susan ever did. Rodrick then has a change of heart, and becomes the nicest goody-two-shoes brother to Greg and Manny. Greg also forgives Rodrick as he knew the latter was atoning for his sins.
Back to Greg's POV[]
Greg recaps how he encountered an army of maggots and used his Carlton 1996-1999 Bumpers by Lambie-Nairn powers to kill them. Afterwards, he finds the studio that makes dirtgirlworld, and shrinks himself down to fit into dirtgirl's house. Greg calls her an "ugly bitch", which causes dirtgirl to throw a massive temper tantrum on live television. So Greg takes the camera and exposes how the BBC is using peoples' taxpayer money and TV license fees to fund the show. This also causes everyone watching the channel to tune out, which in turn causes CBeebies to shut down forever.
Manuel Heffley Log #1[]
Manny recaps how Greg went to the BBC headquarters and got dirtgorlworld cancelled. He also mentions how it was the only show to have made him defecate in his pants in fear due to its visuals.
Back to Greg's POV (again)[]
The BBC displays an error message as CBeebies shut down forever, which calls Greg out and everyone who ever watched the channel, telling them to "go fuck themselves". Greg then puts a bomb in the studio, which kills everyone involved in the production of the show. The LLB ends with the Heffleys celebrating the death of dirtgirlworld.
Afterwards, Greg finds a strange portal and gets sucked in. He also points out that it resembles the Dreamcast logo.
Trivia[]
- This is the first u/ShittyJeansArse LLB to have the "child-friendly ending assures everyone is rescued and lives happily ever after!" sticker.
- This is also the first u/ShittyJeansArse LLB where it switches to Rodrick and Manny's points of view.
- While the portal at one point was speculated to be intended for Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Across the Diaries, u/ShittyJeansArse has mentioned that the portal isn't related to that LLB at all, and that it's for something else.
- The reaction to Greg seeing a "lost Carlton bumper" is a direct copy of a reaction that Tex Avery has when seeing Chastity Knots in the first episode of The Wacky World of Tex Avery.
