Plot[]
Wednesday
On Monday, Greg finds out that his dad is part of a cult when he finds his dad sacrificing Rowley in the living room. Dad threatens to break Greg's legs if he tells anyone, so Greg panics and immediately tells his mom who knew what was happening and reveals that everyone in the family is part of the cult.
Rodrick is waiting in Greg's room with a baseball bat and breaks Greg's legs. Everyone left the house and Greg has been alone at home for two days. Greg thinks he will die here and he hears some gunshots. He leaves a message in the journal for anyone who finds it to tell Fregley that Greg loves him and he can have his poop sock.
Friday
Greg is in the hospital. He explains that the police showed up and found him. He was told that after Rodrick broke his legs, his family killed themselves and the cop said it was one of the most gruesome things he has ever seen.
Saturday
Greg gets a letter which was written by his dead family, proclaiming that they hate him and know about his poop sock. Greg says that he knows that his family all killed themselves because of him and there is nothing he can do about it now.
Tuesday
The rest of Greg's family, his living relatives, all disown him because they hate him, so he can't live with any of them. This means that Greg has to live in an orphanage. He hopes that a rich family will take him. Greg says that the other kids in the orphanage are mean and make fun of him because his family was dead. A kid named Timothy gives Greg a black eye and calls him adopted, so Greg smothers him to death. Greg is in a wheelchair because of his broken legs.
Greg knows that they will find Timothy's body tomorrow and he hopes he will not be blamed, and promises to smother anyone else who crosses his path.
Wednesday
Greg acknowledges that something positive has happened in that he now knows someone at the Orphanage. Chirag was sent to the orphanage after his parents were murdered. Apparently, someone found out that Chirag's parents were subscribed to T-Series instead of PewDiePie so he killed them. Chirag gives Greg the cheese touch, meaning no-one will even go near Greg anymore. This makes him consider suicide.
Tuesday
Greg's cheese touch infection has become terminal, he will die from it soon. Chirag contracted HIV from Uncle Gary, who got it from Manny. After Chirag discovered his HIV, Uncle Gary was arrested for child molestation and Greg doesn't think Gary will last in prison.
Wednesday
Chirag is dead. Chirag was found hanging in Greg's room and Greg finds him and his suicide note but because Greg doesn't speak "Indian or Hindu or whatever" he can't read the note. Greg says that it feels like everyone he knows is dying, but he still has Fregley and his "sweet ass". Although Greg makes sure to state "no homo".

Friday
Greg's life has gotten worse since Chirag died. Greg says he might have depression and he got a note from Fregley. He eats the booger that Fregley sends him.
Sunday
Greg speculates that someone is out to get him after Fregley gets in a horrible car accident and dies in hospital by choking on his own blood.
Monday
The orphanage burns down with an explosion and nearly everyone is dead. Greg escaped out of a window but suffers severe blood loss and needs his legs amputated.
Thursday
The amputation goes fine and Greg is going to be sent to another orphanage. He says that things can only get better from now on.
Saturday
Greg says that things just keep getting worse. The cops found out that he burned the orphanage down, even though Greg says that he was "so careful" to hide it. When the cop goes to arrest Greg, Greg threatens him with the cheese touch but the cop doesn't believe in the cheese touch, so Greg gives it to him and writes that he hopes the cop likes dying.
Friday
Greg is returned his journal after a few months in court, where he manages to "prove" his innocence.
Sunday
Greg gets stabbed and the attacker steals his wallet. Greg says he was saving his money to buy acid and he doesn't think he will live after this.
??? Monday
Greg is in hospital again and does not know what day it is, so he asks a doctor. He says the person in the next bed is a "fucking freak" who keeps making weird sounds.
Friday
Greg gets out of hospital and is sent to the orphanage out of town. He writes and then scribbles out "Time to bomb the fuck out of another orphanage."
Saturday
Greg finally arrives at his new orphanage after waiting so long. He says if things keep going as they have been he will kill himself.
Sunday
Greg jokes that things are finally going his way, before revealing that someone got gutted during the lunch hour.
Monday
Greg thinks that he has a PTSD flashback and says that when the other kids were playing baseball, one of them got mad and bashed another kid's skull in. Greg says that this would normally be entertaining but he had a flashback to when Rodrick broke his legs with a bat.
Wednesday
There was one survivor from the family suicides at the start: Manny. Greg explains that when his mom shot Manny, he didn't die but instead went into a coma, but no-one ever told Greg about this and now Manny is going to be at the same orphanage as him.
Thursday
Manny arrives at the orphanage and Greg thinks Manny has brain damage. The first thing Manny does is shank someone with a scalpel and Greg thinks there is something wrong with Manny.
Saturday
Greg thinks that if Manny was also part of the cult then he will be a big problem. Manny has already killed two people and Greg thinks that Manny will go after him.
Sunday
Manny is throwing a fit and has two guns, so he is going around killing people. Kids are dying left and right and Manny reveals that he was so angry because he wanted the crust removing from his PBJ sandwich.
Monday
Manny stabs Greg in the chest and shits on Greg's bed.
Tuesday
Greg contemplates killing Manny, saying he has it coming and Greg wishes that his mom had made sure Manny was dead before killing herself.
Wednesday
Manny stabs Greg's eye out and then runs off into the forest. The nurse gives Greg an eyepatch.
Thursday
Manny has not come back and Greg hopes he was eaten by wolves. He complains that his eye still hurts.
Saturday
Manny's body is found. He drowned in the river not far from the orphanage. Greg says that Manny deserved it and hopes he stays dead.
Monday
Greg says the kids at this orphanage are nice except for Nybe Bratch. Greg says that he'll get Nybe and make him pay.
Wednesday
Nybe was found dead due to smothering and Greg denies it was him.
Thursday
Greg says he needs to get a life because he will die soon from the cheese touch. He has shown symptoms like "hacking up blood and smelling like ass" which is a sure sign of death.
Saturday
The nurse tries to keep Greg alive but he explains that if you get it and don't pass it on fast, it will stay with you until you die. He curses Chirag for giving him the cheese touch. Someone puts a shock and shoe in Greg's room to mock him.
Monday
Greg feels awful because Manny isn't actually dead. The drowned corpse was actually another infant.
Wednesday
Manny sends Greg threatening drawings promising to kill him.
Thursday
Greg hears clawing at his window and knows that it is Manny, coming to kill him. He says that Manny will have to keep up with his "mad wheelchair skills". Manny follows Greg into the forest and can in-fact keep up with Greg. Manny leaps on him but Greg manages to overpower him and scoops Manny's eye out with a spoon. Manny loses it and starts having a seizure and Greg knocks him out and ties him up.
Friday
Manny wakes up and has a breakdown, complaining that he can't see out of his eye anymore. Greg tells him to calm down and threatens to give him the cheese touch. Greg questions Manny on why he has been killing people and Manny says it is because no-one taught him how to tie his shoes. Greg smothers Manny to death with a pillow.
Sunday
Greg buried Manny's body in the woods and complains about the difficulty of digging a hole while being in a wheelchair. Greg says he will die to the cheese touch.
Tuesday
People are starting to become aware of Greg's murders and find Manny's body. They immediately blame Greg who denies it but knows that soon they will discover the truth.
Wednesday
The police come to investigate Manny's and Nybe's deaths and find evidence linking Greg to the crimes. He knows he needs to do something but wonders what they can actually do to him because soon he will die.
Thursday
Greg says the police have a warrant for his arrest. They have uncovered his murders. Greg admits that he has not bee honest in his journal and confesses the truth. He killed everyone, Rowley, his parents, Rodrick, Timothy, Chirag, Manny, Nybe and Fregley. He killed Rowley by accident. Greg's family found this out so Greg killed them and made up the cult stuff, and he was surprised the cops believed it. He broke his own legs to sell the story. Greg knows he will die and asks any film directors to cast Zachary Gordon as him. Greg wishes none of this had happened and regrets everything.
Saturday
The cops find Greg's hideout and Greg refuses to let himself be taken alive. He intends to die and take some of them with him. He says that at least now he will be famous as a notorious serial killer, which will make him famous, even if it wasn't how he wanted to be famous.
A news report is made on the event. This fight resulted in 29 deaths and 39 people injured. This is the fifth most deadly shooting in US history. Greg is alive but in the hospital. There is speculation that Greg was part of the Alt Right.
Thursday
Greg is dying, he will be dead in a few hours. The cops guard him constantly. No visitors were allowed to see Greg. Greg makes a final drawing of Rowley and wishes he never killed Rowley.
